You have specific goals, but aren’t quite sure where to start. Or you’ve made progress in your running, but don’t know where to take it from here. Handing your training off to a Run Coach eliminates the guesswork and lightens the load (and stress) of planning, analyzing, and adjusting your own training.
With Personal Coaching, you’ll receive weekly training, support, and guidance tailored specifically to fit your fitness level and schedule. If you miss a workout or need to make last-minute changes to your training schedule, I’m there to make the adjustments for you, answer questions, and provide guidance in how to move forward.

Athlete Questionnaire
Onboarding Consultation
Training Peaks Premium Athlete account (Access via desktop or mobile app)
Individualized Workouts uploaded weekly to Training Peaks calendar
Workouts to include running, cross training, basic strength training, and mobility (depending on needs)
Workouts/schedule adjusted by coach as needed
Text Messaging and/or Emailing with coach (during business hours)
Weekly check-ins with coach
