Custom training plans
If you’re looking for the best training plan for YOU, and prefer the independence of training on your own, this is a great option for you. A Custom Training Plan is tailored to your fitness level and goals, your weekly schedule, work/family demands, vacations, etc. After completing the Athlete Questionnaire, you will receive a printable version of your plan and a phone call to review the plan before you get started. I’ll make any changes if necessary, and then you can take it from there!

Free introductory phone call
Athlete Questionnaire
Plan customized to: (1) fit your current fitness and upcoming goals, (2) fit your schedule and lifestyle, (3) include running, cross training, strength & mobility (as needed)
Plan emailed to you in PDF format
Plan review (phone conversation) to make sure you understand the plan and workouts, and to make any adjustments before you get started

14 weeks: $168
16 weeks: $192
18 weeks: $216
