Custom training plans

If you’re looking for the best training plan for YOU, and prefer the independence of training on your own, this is a great option for you. A Custom Training Plan is tailored to your fitness level and goals, your weekly schedule, work/family demands, vacations, etc. After completing the Athlete Questionnaire, you will receive a printable version of your plan and a phone call to review the plan before you get started. I’ll make any changes if necessary, and then you can take it from there!

This plan includes:

  • Free introductory phone call

  • Athlete Questionnaire

  • Plan customized to: (1) fit your current fitness and upcoming goals, (2) fit your schedule and lifestyle, (3) include running, cross training, strength & mobility (as needed)

  • Plan emailed to you in PDF format

  • Plan review (phone conversation) to make sure you understand the plan and workouts, and to make any adjustments before you get started

Plan Options:

  • 12 weeks: $144

  • 14 weeks: $168

  • 16 weeks: $192

  • 18 weeks: $216

(Plan options come out to $12/week.)
